#DFIM : Overcoming Menstral Pains with P2 Theraphy





Every woman experiences the monthly blood discharge known as Menstral Cycle.

The pains that come with this monthly cycle is common among most ladies in different ways.

Some women would be in slight pains a week or few days  before the start of thier monthly cycle.

PINEAPPLE

Pineapple is a nutritious fruit. It contains 15 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams. And contains other vitamins such as: Vitamin B-12, B-6, A, E, K, Folate, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Tocopherol, Beta & Alpha Carotene and Cryptoxanthin

Due to a complex mixture of substances that can be extracted from the core of the pineapple, well known as bromelain, pineapples can help reduce severe inflammation .


RELIEF TIP:

In calculating the next phase of your menstral cycle, start the P2 Theraphy a week before the calculated day.

1. Dice small amount of Pineapple.

2. Dice another small amount of Pawpaw.

3. Mix the two fruits and refrigerate

4. Take a bowlfull early hours of the morning before any meal.
