#DAILYTIP:  5MINS STRESS RELIEF TIP


Ø  Relax back in any position suitable for you (this can be done in a sitting position, on the bed, floor, in the office, bathtub etc, it depends on you).

Ø  Take a deep breathe as u close your eyes.

Ø  Exhale slowly while your eyes are shut.

Ø  Let your eyes follow the glimmer of light circulating before your eyes.

Ø  Imagine and place yourself in a garden full of varieties of roses or a big orchard tree as shade by placing yourself beneath it.

Ø  Open your mind to that surrounding and listen keenly to the rustling of the leaves, the whispering of the birds and most importantly let your body feel the cool breeze of the sea as it penetrate your surrounding.

Ø  Breathe in slowly for 2mins and begin to open your eyes slowly.

If you get it right, you will be oblivion of your environ for few mins and you will come out of it refreshed and sleepy.

To get it right, you must know all the steps offhand so as not to keep opening your eyes to read the next instruction each seconds.

Do not engage in this while driving a car, bicycle or any automobile.
